Usually the bully has some type of issues and turns their anger on someone smaller, smarter, good looks, etc. I tell my kids that it is very important to let someone know they are being bullied because it could lead to a bigger level as we have seen on t.v. I have several books I've shared with my class on bullying and what to do. I could go on but no time.
